How do I target a specific country?
Add the country code to your username:
username-country-US:password

How do I maintain the same IP across requests?
Use sticky sessions by adding a session ID to your username:
username-session-mysession123:password
The same IP will be used for all requests with that session ID (up to 10 minutes of inactivity).
How long do sticky sessions last?
Sticky sessions remain active for up to 10 minutes of inactivity. Each request resets the timer.
Can I use both country targeting and sticky sessions?
Yes! Combine parameters:
username-country-US-session-abc123:password

Does unused traffic roll over?
Subscriptions: Yes, up to 50% of unused monthly traffic rolls over to the next month.
Pay-as-you-go: Traffic never expires.
Can I get a refund?
- Unused balance: Refundable within 30 days
- Unused traffic: Refundable within 7 days
- Partially used traffic: Non-refundable

Technical Issues
Why am I getting 407 Proxy Authentication Required?
This means your credentials are incorrect. Check:
- Username is correct (case-sensitive)
- Password is correct
- Special characters are URL-encoded
Why is my connection timing out?
Possible causes:
- Firewall blocking outbound connections to port 1080
- Network issues
- Temporary service disruption
Try:
- Check firewall rules
- Test from a different network
- Check our status page
Why am I getting a different country than requested?
- Verify country code is correct (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2)
- Some small countries may have limited IP availability
- Check username format:
username-country-XX
Why does my sticky session IP keep changing?
Sticky sessions expire after 10 minutes of inactivity. If you need longer persistence:
- Make periodic keep-alive requests
- Use a consistent session ID format
- Note: residential IPs may become unavailable
How do I check if the proxy is working?

This should return an IP address different from your real IP.

How do I change my password?
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter current and new password
How do I regenerate proxy credentials?
- Go to Dashboard → Proxies
- Select the subscription
- Click Regenerate Password
Note: This immediately invalidates the old password.
Is my data secure?
Yes:
- All API traffic is encrypted (HTTPS)
- We don't log proxy request content
- Credentials are encrypted at rest
- PCI-compliant payment processing
Can I have multiple users on one account?
Enterprise plans support team access. Contact sales for details.
Usage & Limits
Are there request limits?
There are no hard request limits. Usage is based on bandwidth (GB transferred).
Are there concurrent connection limits?
Subscription plans include unlimited concurrent connections. Pay-as-you-go may have reasonable limits to prevent abuse.
What counts as usage?

- ❌ Failed connection attempts
- ❌ Authentication failures
Can I use the same credentials on multiple servers?
Yes, credentials can be used from any IP address or server.
