How Subscriptions Work
Monthly Billing Cycle
- Subscribe - Choose a plan and pay for the first month
- Use - Access your proxy allocation throughout the month
- Renew - Automatic renewal on the same date each month
- Rollover - Unused traffic (up to 50%) carries over
Example
If you have a 10 GB plan and use 6 GB:
- Unused: 4 GB
- Rollover: 2 GB (50% of unused)
- Next month: 10 GB (plan) + 2 GB (rollover) = 12 GB available
Traffic Rollover
Unused traffic rolls over to the next billing period, capped at 50% of your plan's monthly allocation.

Rollover Rules
- Rollover is calculated at renewal time
- Rollover traffic is used first
- Rollover expires after one billing period
- Rollover doesn't accumulate across multiple months
Subscription Management
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Subscriptions
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. You'll continue with your current plan until renewal.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Subscriptions
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- 💳 Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- 🏦 Bank transfers (Enterprise plans)
- ₿ Cryptocurrency (contact support)
Automatic Payments
Subscriptions are charged automatically on your billing date. Ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid service interruption.
Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- Grace period - 3 days to update payment method
- Suspension - Account suspended after grace period
- Reactivation - Update payment and contact support

FAQ
Can I switch between monthly and pay-as-you-go?
Yes! You can use both simultaneously. Subscription traffic is used first, then pay-as-you-go balance.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
You can purchase additional traffic on a pay-as-you-go basis without affecting your subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Contact our sales team for a trial of business or enterprise plans.
Can I pause my subscription?
We don't currently support pausing. You can cancel and resubscribe later.
