Pay-as-you-go allows you to purchase proxy traffic without a monthly commitment. Perfect for variable workloads or occasional use.

How It Works​

  1. Add Balance - Top up your account with funds
  2. Purchase Traffic - Buy GB packages as needed
  3. Use Anytime - Traffic doesn't expire
  4. Repeat - Top up when you need more

Adding Balance​

Credit/Debit Card​

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Top Up
  2. Enter the amount ($10 minimum)
  3. Complete payment with Stripe
  4. Balance is added instantly

Cryptocurrency​

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Top Up
  2. Select Crypto Payment
  3. Choose your cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.)
  4. Complete the payment
  5. Balance is added after confirmation

Bank Transfer (Enterprise)​

For large deposits ($1000+), contact us for bank transfer details.

Purchasing Traffic​

Once you have balance:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Proxies
  2. Select a product (e.g., "Residential 5GB")
  3. Choose quantity
  4. Click Purchase
  5. Credentials are generated immediately

Traffic Validity​

  • ✅ No expiration - Purchased traffic never expires
  • ✅ Pausable - Use at your own pace
  • ✅ Stackable - Purchase additional traffic anytime

When to Use Pay-as-you-go​

❌ Consider subscription if:

  • You use 5+ GB consistently each month
  • You want the best per-GB pricing
  • You need automatic renewal

Mixed Usage​

You can use both pay-as-you-go and subscriptions simultaneously:

  1. Subscription is used first (monthly allocation)
  2. Pay-as-you-go is used when subscription runs out
  3. Each has separate credentials and tracking

Checking Balance​

  • View current balance on the Dashboard header
  • Detailed breakdown in Billing → Balance

Balance Alerts​

Set up low balance alerts:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Enable Low Balance Alert
  3. Set threshold amount

Balance History​

View all transactions in Billing → Transactions:

  • Top-ups
  • Purchases
  • Refunds

Refund Policy​

  • Unused balance can be refunded within 30 days
  • Purchased but unused traffic can be refunded within 7 days
  • Partially used traffic is non-refundable
  • Contact support for refund requests
